Returns Policy

The customer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that they have not been used or undergone any processing. Shipping costs for the return of products are borne by the customer. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order and request a refund without being obliged to justify his decision.

 

Cases of Returns

In case of a defective product, e.g. if the product is damaged or broken during shipping, it will be replaced at no extra charge. If the return is for reasons other than defects or errors in delivery, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the products back to the company. For returns with the partner courier company, the return cost is €2.50 per shipment. This amount is not paid immediately, but deducted from the final refund amount. In case of using another transport company, the customer is fully responsible for the respective transport costs.

 

Money return

The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receipt of the products by our company. Specifically:

  • If payment was made by debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the card.
  • If the payment was made by cash on delivery, the money will be returned to the bank account stated on the return form.
